When warm weather comes around I love munching on fresh salsa. Let’s be honest, I did a little munching in between photos. Can you blame me?
In my opinion the fewer ingredients their are, the better. Who wants to shop for 50 things that only make up one dish? Not me! There’s nothing fancy about this recipe. Just fresh, easy and soooo good.
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
In no particular order chop everything up, add the salt and give it a good stir. You can also try adding pineapple, black beans, or avocado if you want to be fancy. That’s it! Grab some chips and start snacking. We won’t judge you if you eat the whole bowl in one sitting.
