Recently Jake and I have been utterly obsessed with the TLC show Cake Boss. The first two seasons are watch instantly on Netflix. If you haven’t seen It, we would highly recommend it. Its about a family owned and operated Italian bakery. Their cakes are more like art pieces. Each design is so intricate and beautiful. Tthe family members are always pushing each other’s buttons. However, at the end of the day, you just know that they love each other.
After watching the show, it got me thinking. Wouldn’t it be fun to be a part of a family business? I’ve heard it said “don’t mix family and business”, but I still think it would be fun. Between both our families we have so many tallented people. The possibilities are endless. Now if only we could all live in the same place.
