Today is the day our little guy was born. What an amazing year it’s been! We love Pixel so much, and are so happy he’s in our life. This will be the last Watch Me Grow post, so here’s a little tribute to the last year.
Pixel is growing up to be quite a handsome pup. He started his intermediate training class two weeks ago and is quickly learning to heel when we go on walks. Sorry squirrels, you’ll have to play with the next pup that comes by.
He just keeps on growing. He’s got to stop at some point right? We weighed him just the other day and he’s 56 pounds! What a chunk. We are supposed to start decreasing his food intake today. I have a feeling he isn’t going to be to happy about it.
It’s been a few weeks since we’ve posted a picture of Pixel. Look how big he is getting! On Monday we went to Disneyland and took Pixel with us. They have a kennel where pets can stay for the day. Everyone that saw him got so excited and of course we got plenty of Cruella De Vil comments. When we went back to …
I think we are going to have to start changing the composition of this picture soon or else he is going to grow right outside the frame.
Today’s a big day for Pixel. It’s his last day of puppy class! He will be tested to see if he has learned everything he needs to in order to graduate. Pixel has been doing really well so I think he will do just fine. Over the last 6 weeks he has definitely become the teacher’s pet. That’s got to count for …
Poor little Pixel. He looks a little sad in this one. I don’t blame him though. He had just gotten fixed so the vet made him wear the cone of shame for a full week. Thankfully he made it through and at least we all got a few good laughs from it.
Yesterday Pixel started puppy class. I don’t mean to be bias, but he was the cutest one there. He even volunteered a couple times (no joke). The class was really good so far. We even have homework to do before next week. Our little Pix still has a lot to learn. You know that yellow chair we reupholstered a few weeks ago …
Pixel had his last vaccination yesterday, which means he gets to go to the park! He’s 25.5 lbs now, and still growing every day,
Uh oh, we are going to have to re-think the way we’ve been cropping these pictures. He is starting to outgrow the frame.
